How is the learning content developed?
The Management Learning Box targets up and coming hot topics in the field of management and leadership learning and training. It respects the following development process:

Selection of contributors – Editorial review
A major aim of The Management Learning Box is to provide a platform for training experts to contribute and sell their own work to a worldwide audience. There is a hell of a lot of talent out there that often remains micro and local – let’s share it and make learning progress. Contributors may submit original work to The Management Learning Box. In order to appear in the Box, it is subject to Editorial review. This includes:
Checking compatibility with The MLB current topic lists or future topic targets
Analysing the intellectual pertinence and soundness of the work
Checking of the originality of the work and copyright
Analysing the style and impact of written text
Checking/testing the operational or academic orientation of the content
Re-writing and editing, if required.
Legal agreement with the contributor as to the originality and origin of submitted content.
