Our Vision
Read the driving motivation behind the Management Learning Box.

Our Vision
As providers of raw, ready-to-integrate, ready-to-adapt management and leadership learning content, we aim to be a source for all those providing training whatever the final format.

As an analogy, our learning content is the “spring water” that is then channelled, processed, bottled, marketed, distributed and offered by our clients to those with a thirst for knowledge.

We also aim to offer a more democratic, more reachable approach for professionals, companies and organisations to provide or access quality learning content.

Our Values
Simplicity, quality and transparency are driving values behind our project. This is conveyed by our identity as a source of pure content, our decision to use fixed, non-negotiable prices to encourage clear, transparent and democratic business relations and an invitation to training experts to contribute and diversify our learning content.

The MLB is all about being a raw source behind training solutions. Explore for it, discover it and then integrate, adapt or modify it to suit your style and needs.

Our ambition
To become a specialised platform for those interested in leading and a reference in terms of:
high quality learning content
business model
people and planet-friendly organisation.

Our wider purpose
For the second year running, our aim of feeding back part of our profits into training and education projects across the five continents was successfully reached despite a tough year. In January 2011 we were able to sponsor a child's education and donate to a vocational training fund in Cambodia supervised by PLAN France. To read about our support for specific projects, visit the following link: http://plan-international.org/where-we-work/asia/cambodia. We also contributed to the French association Les Cahiers de l'Espoir, raising funds to support two school projects in villages in Morocco. http://www.cahiers-espoir.org/
